Shipping and Returns
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped within 48 hours after payment is received (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), via GLS with a tracking number. During sale seasons, this time may be extended. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order? Once your order is placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your orders. After that, delivery to the Peninsula will take between 3 to 5 business days.

Returns
Return Period: To make a return, it must be done within 14 days or 30 days for international orders, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, from the delivery date of the order (according to art. 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).

Warranty: All our products come with a 2-year warranty, provided that defects are not caused by misuse of the product.
Return Process: Send an email to linessnowboutique@gmail.com with the subject: "Return: Order Number", including a copy of the purchase receipt and a photo of the product in your possession.
Required documents for return: Purchase receipt and a photo of the product in your possession.
Non-returnable products: Personalized products cannot be returned.
Return method: Replacement with a product of equal value or refund of the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs of the original purchase.
